鼻先と爪先

詮索好きのお嬢さんは、あちこち嗅ぎ回るものだから鼻が伸び、ついに爪先に届いてしまった。
そこで彼女は花持ちの婆さんに鼻を担がせることにした。
鼻持ちならない長鼻のお嬢さん。

There was a Young Lady whose nose,
Was so long that it reached to her toes;
So she hired an Old Lady,
Whose conduct was steady,
To carry that wonderful nose.
